That’s why we wanted to re-establish a brand that represents the American dream; a brand with a backbone of hard work, respect, and integrity; a brand that honors our blue-collar individuals who don’t always reap the recognition of their hard work, but keep the world spinning as we know it.

A student’s brand is their unique way of showing up and being seen in the world by their family, community, and employers.

Their personal brand represents quality and heritage; unwavering confidence in themselves; strength in their values; and a humble pride in both the caliber of their character and the value of their word. 

To a WyoTech student, “Know Your Brand” is their invitation to stand out from the norm. Because they’re willing to stand firmly for what they value and for the integrity of their personal “brand,” they’re often called to swim against the current to defend both—and they do. 

In tandem with “Know Your Brand,” we challenge students to “Forge Your Path.” 

By its very nature, forging represents challenge, determination, and grit. 

It’s not easy. 

But the students who are truly dedicated to their craft—those who are inquisitive, curious, and want to grow—keep at it. They work harder. They don’t give up. And as a result, they forge a strong path forward: A path that brings them to exactly where they want to go.
